This is another crowd pleaser from Judy Lyle.
1 8-ounce package lite cream cheese, softened
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded, or 1 12.5-ounce can white chicken breast (rotisserie chicken is my favorite)
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup lite ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese or crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp chives
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with crackers, celery, and carrots.
Optional microwave instructions: Use microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or more. Stir every 2 to 3 minutes.
