Yields 4 cups
Papaya seeds have a peppery taste. This recipe makes enough that you can share it with several friends, and still have plenty to last a week or two.
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup rice vinegar
2 cups olive oil
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp fresh papaya seeds (or more, with some fruit attached)
Place vinegar and dry ingredients in blender, turn on, and gradually add oil and onion. Add seeds and blend only until the seeds are the size of coarse ground pepper.
