This has been our favorite grilled chicken recipe for twenty-some years. It's great as an entree or sliced up in a green salad.
Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup regular or gluten-free soy sauce
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3 tbsp sesame seeds
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine marinade ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Put chicken and marinade in a large zip-lock bag. Squeeze out air and seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours. Hint for additional meals: freeze uncooked extra chicken breasts in the marinade as soon as the marinade is finished.
Preheat the grill for medium-hot heat. Lightly oil the grill. Grill chicken 8 to 10 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
